Cara:<br />
campurkan semua bahan dan blend..tuang dalam acuan 7 x 7 in beralas dengan aluminium foil<br />
tujuan supaya senang nak keluarkan dari acuan nanti..<br />
bakar dalam 40 minit oven 180 ke 200 C<br />
Dah masak angkat/keluarkan dari acuan dengan aluminium foil sekali...letakkan bawah kipas angin..sekejap dah sejuk.</td></tr>

Cara<br />
1. masukkan tepung dalam mangkuk adunan, masukkan susu tepung tuangkan yis yg dah kembang tadi..<br />
2. masukkan air sikit-sikit sampai boleh uli..dan masukkan butter 1 sudu besar...uli sampai licin<br />
3. rehatkan doh sampaikan naik dua kali ganda<br />
4. bahagikan doh ikut bilangan yg dikehendaki..bulat-bulatkan dan rehatkan lagi<br />

Cara:<br />
Aturkan daun pisang tadi 7 keping, bahagi sama banyak aduan hijau, letak gula melaka yg diracik halus...lipat separuh dulu..macam buat tapai..masukkan santan..kemaskan lipatan dan kelipkan.<br />
Buat sampai habis..kukus 10- 15 minit.. tunggu sejuk..siap utk dimakan.<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: justify;">Rasanya...memang sedap...tak pula rasa kek pisang walaupun bahan utamanya pisang 400 gm. kena pula dengan krim cheese lagi sedap...<br />Resepi - minta izin dari Azlita nak kongsi pula di sini.(Tk Azlita)<br />100 gm walnut - panggang dan cincang kasar (walnut je ada-- kalau ada pecan pun boleh)<br />390 gm tepung gandum*<br />1 sudu teh baking soda*<br />1/2 sudu teh garam halus*<br />1 sudu teh serbuk cinamon*<br />* campur dan ayak - letak tepi<br />227 gm nanas dlm tin - potong dadu kecik2 (tak perlu perah airnya)<br />400 gm pisang yg betul2 masak - dilecek halus<br />3 biji telur A*<br />180 gm minyak jagung*<br />1 sudu teh vanila*<br />*pukul /gaul guna whisk je -- sampai rata campurkan dengan<br />300 gm gula caster<br />-----lepas tu campur lah nanas, pisang, tepung yg ayak tadi. dan kekacang...gaul rata, Bakar dalam tin bulat 8" dua bekas.<br />bakar dalam 40 minit. Sejukkan dan belah dua untuk dapatkan 4 keping.<br />Utk Cream Cheese<br />300 gm cream cheese<br />120 gm gula ising - dua bahan ni putar hingga gebu dan tambah<br />60 gm butter dan 2 sudu teh lemon paste putar lagi hingga gebu dan kembang.<br />Nampak macam tak cukup nak salut kek ni..jadi kita tambah dengan 1 cawan whipping cream yg telag dipukul kembang.<br />gaul perlahan dengan bahan cream cheese tadi hingga rata. Ada yang dengar nama pun dah geli inikan pula dijadikan nama bagi kuih yang sedap ni. Kena buat tapai nasi dulu<br /> 11/2 cawan nasi sejuk <br /> 1/2 biji ragi (besar sikit dari syiling 10 sen tu...tak lebih pulak saiz 20 sen)<br /> -- peram dua malam atau lebih pun tak pe...sampai jadi tapai bau sedap rasanya manis.<br /><br />2. bahan lain.<br /> 1 cawan gula pasir<br /> 2 cawan air<br /> 3 cawan tepung beras (untuk yg ni kita guna cap gajah je - seeloknya cap teratai)<br /> 1 cawan tapai nasi<br /> ---blend semua..sampai halus dan tapis..Simpan semalaman.<br />3. Paginya -- campurkan dengan 1 paket eno (warna biru), gaul rata ...dan bolehlah dimasukkan dalam bekas-bekas kecil dan kukus dalam 8 ke 10 minit.<br />wahhhh.....nak makan apam beras bukan senang rupanya..kena plan awal-awal...sebab kena buat tapai dulu...<br />oklah ...selamat mencuba.<br /><br /></td></tr>
